Job Description

We are now accepting applications for qualified and experienced candidates to join us at our Albany, Latham, and Saratoga Springs location as a Customer Team Member. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for the position. Applicants should be friendly, good with customers, and able to work with others at a clean and fast pace. As a customer service representative, typical tasks will be greeting and serving guests, working the cash register, and organizing orders. We have full and part-time openings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items and providing advice or recommendations.
  • Operating scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.
  • Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
  • Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport.
  • Following all store procedures regarding coupons and gift cards.
  • Maintaining a clean workspace.


  • A positive attitude
  • Prior cashier or customer service experience
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shift and lift at least 50 lbs
