Since the 1990s, under the vision and guidance of co-owners John M. Tozzi, P.E., and Edward V. Woods, P.E., Creighton Manning has grown into a multidisciplinary engineering firm providing professional services to the transportation, municipal, land development, and energy markets.
In 2012, John and Ed added new partners who were leaders in the firm and shared their vision to grow Creighton Manning. These additional partners are Don Adams, P.E., PTOE, Shelly Johnston, P.E., Jeffrey Pangburn, P.E., and Donald Sovey, PLS. In 2021, the partnership continued to grow with the addition of two new partners, Stephan Godlewski, P.E. and Mark Sargent, P.E.
Creighton Manning celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2015. Over the past five decades, the firm has grown from a two-person transportation planning firm to one of the top ten civil engineering firms in the Albany, New York area offering a broad range of consulting services.
